The attention to systems and detail matters. At Crew we train this "Method" and systems regularly to our technicians so that each window receives the attention it deserves to be truly clean.
Sills Frames Edging
This further method improvement and attention to detail came about from listening to one of our customers Kim. She had black sills and frames, she hated the build up of dirt she could see on them after being cleaned. She said was that part of the basic clean the sills we said no. This is when we established the Premier Package for those who want truly clean clean, wether white or black sills and frames its the one done right. Did I mention we also edge which removes those bugs and other bits the basic clean won't clean.
3 Inspections
One of favorite customer relationships is with Margee. She is "Ultra OCD." Like us she wants it perfect. She could see a pin hole spec on a pane of glass. Listening to her improved our product and service. But not everyone is perfect and each person has there standard of complete. We find hiring OCD type Crew Technicians along with the final approval of the work completed by the home owner. And last of all we follow up with a third party Tech who's jobs is to qualify and certify the job. These systematic checks are getting "Brighter Results" for our Crew Platinum members.
